To order a work, simply place it in its basket (by clicking the button “Add to Cart”), then proceed with the order (by clicking the button “Complete Order”) following information and addresses delivery, check order details, select a payment method and click on the confirm button ( “order” or “pay”).
In accordance with Civil Code relating to the conclusion of online contract, the contract is made when you click the button you can confirm your order after viewing the details thereof and in particular its price and having the opportunity to correct any errors. A confirmation email is sent to the buyer after the registration of the order. Each work is unique or reproduced in limited quantities, the sale is always concluded under the condition of availability.
In case of acquisition of one of his works with a customer’s site, the artist gives to the purchaser, indefinitely, this work, and all of the economic rights attached to it, namely right of representation and reproduction, in accordance with Article L. 122-7 of the Code of intellectual property, and just keeps his moral rights. The buyer will display the work in any place of their choice, present it to the public, including remotely, transfer, lend or rent it.
The price of each work shown on the Site are in Euros, all taxes included. This price is increased fees for the provision and delivery (packing, shipping, insurance, etc.) which may be payable. Means of payment

Right to retract

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from the Artist refund the price paid for the work without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day he was informed your decision to withdraw from this contract. It may withhold the reimbursement until he has received the goods or until you have provided evidence of shipment of the property, whichever is the earliest of these facts. You are liable in respect of any impairment of the work.
Tax Support for living artists
Under Article 238 bis AB of the General Tax Code, companies that buy original works of living artists and record them to a fixed asset account can deduct the profit for the year of acquisition and the four following years, in equal installments, an amount equal to the purchase price.
